A little corner for poetry

28 October 2026

It all started with a glass of wine🍷 I decided to join a Wine & Poetry masterclass with Anthony Tao at the Ubud Writers & Readers Festival

I wasn't expecting much beyond an afternoon of wine, words, and perhaps a little inspiration

But somewhere between sipping wine, exploring poetry, awaken my senses, and listening to the words of others, I found myself wanting to write a few lines of my own.

and so, here we are, a little corner to poems, welcome to my little poetry corner♡

the Chenin Blanc, my first poem

23 October 2026

Inhaling the scent of a crisp, unripe green apple, pale gold, like breathing in the taste of life.

somehow bitter, somehow sweet.

the bitterness speaks of struggle, the sweetness whispers of hope.

they say, when life gives you lemons, make lemonade and enjoy it

and somehow, above it all, we found them both In a sip of Chenin Blanc*

Bali Breeze

23 October 2026

where the hopes are as crisps as the morning breeze, the sound of waves, bubbling, fizzling like therapy for the soul

On the Island of Gods, where the impossible becomes possible, dare to dream higher than the coconut trees

trust the timing, just like the waves, it will always return to you

A Syrah Sunset🍷🌅

23 October 2026

the last rays of sunlight warm the soul, like a sip of Avara Syrah

herbal, soothing to the throat, earthy, yet bold enough to dream

dream the impossible, create the possibility,

for not every ending has to be bitter

just like the sunset, when it ends, it ends beautifully♡
